Just wanted to take a minute to say how much I have appreciated the extra effort you staff has shown me. Lately, I have some very demanding requests from clients, both in terms of time frame and product development. You willingness to take "less than ideal" artwork, and produce plastics has been a tremendous asset. In times when customers want to cut costs, for example skipping the graphic designer, having a partner such as Teraco which can "make it happen", is a wonderful sells tool.
